Job description

Service and repair watches respecting repair quality level and process recommended by the Swatch Group. Carry out interventions on watches according to the Swatch Group standards and ensure perfect technical functioning of the product. • Maintain workstation and individual tools in a well organised manner and reflective of The Swatch Group standards • To carry out all partial services and exchange services to brand specific working instructions. For example – battery and reseal, bracelet adjustment, crystal changes and replacement modules. • To organise and self-manage workflow ensuring watches are serviced within the published lead time including the testing and quality control. • To inform the repair administrator and Technical Manager of any potential bottlenecks within the work flow

Profile

• A strong interest in mechanical and electronic wristwatches and how they work • Experience of attaining set targets within a service driven industry. • The ability to read and follow technical schematics enabling the ordering of required replacement parts. • The experience of working with or assembly of small components to exacting standards • A self-motivated individual who is able to maintain strict quality criteria • To organise and self-manage workflow ensuring watches are serviced within the published lead-time including the testing and quality control. • Good computer skills

Professional requirements

• 5 GCSE at A-C including Maths and English
