Little Switzerland is currently searching for a Watch Repair Specialist who identifies with this long standing history of excellence to be responsible for servicing and minor repair of watches.
Watchmaker experience is not required; however, the ability to work with customers and as a member of the Operations team is important.
If you frequently find yourself fixing things or enjoy using tools to complete small projects around the house or workshop this may be the job for you. If you have an aptitude for learning about watches, gravitate to technical hobbies or aspire to be a watchmaker one day, this could also be the job for you!

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Work with the watchmaker to maintain a high quality and precise after-sales service in the repairing of watches
Responsible for performing timely and consistent watch repair assistance in accordance with established industry standards and procedures
Filing, bending, brazing, polishing, and other manual manufacturing duties
Operate belting, grinding, and drilling machines
Maintain safe working area as well as maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
Practice effective inventory controls that would maintain compliance with Internal Audit standards which would allow for the effective and timely ordering of watch parts and supplies
Manage administrative and clerical procedures, system, filing and records management
Provide helpful and accurate communication and feedback to Watchmaker, Stores and customers as necessary to ensure customer service exceeds expectations
Qualifications
- 2 years’ relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Competency in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Precise attention to detail
