Watch Specialist – Tissot MidCity

Due to an exciting retail expansion for the Tissot brand, we are recruiting for a Watch Specialist to join the team at our new MidCity Boutique which is due to open mid-July 2019.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about timepieces and has the aptitude to be trained on how to repair Tissot products.
Once trained, the main focus of this role is to be the key customer contact for all after sales services/repairs and to perform basic technical interventions on timepieces. This includes liaising with customers in regards to estimation management, the repair process and follow up. As a result, we require a candidate who is passionate about providing impeccable customer service and developing client relationships as well as having an aptitude to be trained on basic technical interventions.
This position is a full-time role, working 38 hours/week.
•Meet & greet clients in line with Tissot Boutique standards
•Provide first level of technical assistance to clients
•Technical repairs such as battery changes, repairs on bracelets etc.
•Registration of services, clearly identifying service needs
•Collaborate with Workshop and Customer Service in order to be advised about eventual delays
•Perform administrative tasks, such as repair registration & invoicing
•Engage proactive customer follow up procedures advising clients of delays / updates
•Daily reconciliation and reporting
