AP Lab Tokyo offers an experience with the theme of Education × Entertainment, where customers can enjoy learning the world view of Audemars Piguet and the appeal of mechanical watches.
Technical Trainer / Technical Trainer is a position that allows you to work as a workshop instructor while making use of your expertise in watch technology. It plays an important role in having each participant accompany each participant, convey the structure and mechanism of the watch in an easy-to-understand manner, and experience the value of the brand.

Responsibilities:
Workshop Management
- Planning and operation of workshops held at AP Lab Tokyo
- Lecture on the structure and mechanism of mechanical watches
- Practical instruction such as movement assembly and disassembly experience
- Presentations that convey brand stories and the appeal of watchmaking technology in an easy-to-understand manner
Customer experience and customer service
- Reception of visitors and guidance for class participants
- Responding to technical questions from participants
- VIP customer events and special sessions
- Customer service that embodies AP’s world view as a brand ambassador
Others
- Collaborate with boutique, customer service and marketing teams
- Office work and reporting related to event management
- Managing training tools and fixtures
- Participation and support for brand events and special events
Qualifications
- Those who have received specialized education for more than two years at a watch school in Japan and overseas
- More than three years of experience in clock repair or watch repair support and customer service
- Basic PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic English skills (not necessary to be fluent, but necessary for customer service and training)

Audemars Piguet offers equal opportunities, competitive compensation, a work environment where everyone can work comfortably, and benefits.
- Working hours: 10:30-19:15, 7.5 hours a day (rest: 60 minutes + 15 minutes), Tuesdays closed
- Annual holidays: Around 122days (appropriate from 8th to 12th/Monday, depending on the number of weekends, holidays and holidays on the calendar)
