We are looking for a Polisher and a Polishing Supervisor to join our Team in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
As a Polisher you will:
Polish, refinish and clean all Breitling cases, bracelets and clasps
As a Polishing Supervisor you will:
Allocate work and maintain high quality standards
Advise on and train staff including appraisals and 121s
Work with the team to polish, refinish and clean Breitling cases, bracelets and clasps
Have experience of managing a team of Technicians
A proven track record of working on luxury watches is desirable.
