Melanie Casey Corp is seeking a full-time bench jeweler to join our growing team of goldsmiths in our Andover, Massachusetts facility. This is an entry-level position, requiring 1 to 3 years of professional experience as a dedicated bench jeweler.

Requirements to apply:

1-3 years of professional work experience at a jewelers bench
A bachelors degree in jewelry or graduation from a recognized bench jeweler training program
Applicant must have expertise in the following skills:

Soldering (experience soldering 14k gold is a plus)
Basic stone setting (prong setting a round stone or cabochon)
Polishing
Stud earring assembly
Chain assembly
Advanced stone setting is a plus, but not a requirement for this position
Experience on a laser welder is a plus, but not a requirement
This bench jewelry position is full time, 40 hours, Monday – Friday. Optional overtime is typically available. We are not a retail location, so we are closed for major holidays unlike most retail operations. Pay rate will be based on experience.
