· A desire to share knowledge and experience with others

· A proficiency in all types of stone setting including colored gemstones and fancy cut diamonds

· Some fabrication skills

· An ability to perform complex ring sizing

· Refined attention to detail, quality and craftsmanship

· Meticulous finishing skills

· A strong work ethic, i.e. is dependable, honest, punctual, etc.
