Milliard Diamond Concierge is a rapidly expanding full service jeweler changing the industry standard. All of our pieces are custom made and client’s are taken on a by – appointment only basis. We have a very fun, family oriented, work environment of 5 people – you will have your very own space with floor to ceiling windows!
We are looking for a very skilled jeweler who can keep up with the high demand of our growing company but maintain the quality we guarantee.
Must have 15 years of experience on a bench, the reason we say this is because we have found that jeweler’s with this duration of knowledge can better equip our business and hold great respect for their craftsmanship.. if you don’t have 15 years but check all the other boxes, let’s see if we can work something out!
*Setting stones
*Experience in stone setting (all types), ring/bracelet sizing, soldering, assembly and polishing.
*Chain and clasp repair
*Re-tipping prongs
*Ability to work on gold and silver
Position requirements:
*15 years minimum experience
*Trustworthy
*Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation
*Customer service minded individuals with a high standard for quality work
*Open to feedback and suggestions for improvement
*Must be able to provide excellent quality jewelry repairs and customer service.
*Jewelry repairs performed on site while customer is waiting.
*Must provide the highest quality repairs in a timely manner to meet our customer expectations.
*Maintain in proper working order all bench tools and equipment.
*Ensures availability of repairs and services by maintaining adequate inventory and supply items.
*Can communicate effectively with customers and explain their repairs/sizing disparities, etc.
