Pay: $35–$45 per hour
Job Type: Full-time | In-person
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (½-hour unpaid lunch)
Occasional weekend or extended hours may be required during holidays, peak seasons, or other business needs.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Stone Setter to join our fine jewelry workshop. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail, with the ability to set all shapes and styles of diamonds and precious gemstones to the highest standards of precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Expertly set all gemstone and diamond shapes — no exclusions — using advanced techniques including:
- Bar, Fishtail, French Pave, Scallop, Shared Prong, Milgrain Bezel, Channel, Flush, Pave, Bezel, U-Prong, Trellis, and V-Split.
- Perform pre-polishing and final polishing as needed to ensure superior finishing quality.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to interpret and refine creative concepts.
- Inspect finished pieces for quality, security, and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
- Keep detailed records of all handled pieces and materials.
- Follow all safety and quality protocols.
- Mentor or assist apprentices when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the jewelry industry.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in professional stone setting (all types).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision craftsmanship.

Applicants relocating from another state are welcome; however, the company does not cover relocation fees or expenses.
