Kimball’s Jewelers, Knoxville’s premier jeweler, is seeking a HIGHLY experienced Master Jeweler to join our team! We are looking for someone that has an advanced skill set and has mastered the trade. A keen knowledge of stone setting, jewelry refurbishing, installation of watch batteries, and link adjustments will be needed for this role as well.
**CAD experience is highly recommended**
We have an extensive relationship with many high-end vendors and specialize in bridal, loose diamonds, custom designs, and repairs. While this individual will spend most of their time in our shop, they will also need to have a customer focused mind set. They must be empathetic to all of our shop’s needs and be willing to demonstrate a strong work ethic and team mentality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Custom design and fabrication
•Setting stones
•Creating stone mounts
•Perform ring and other jewelry repairs
•Casting
•Sizing
•Polishing
•Soldering
•Engraving
•Cleaning

Requirements:
•5+ years of proven and consistent bench work with references and portfolio
•Must be able to work full time, with the ability to work on Saturdays. Tuesday – Friday 9:00-6:00, Saturday 9:00-5:00, and closed Sundays and Mondays. These hours change during holiday season, and as needed for events.
