Key Responsibilities

•Evaluating and appraisal of diamonds, jewelry & watches
•Evaluating products related to fine jewelry and watches
•Close Coordinating repair and refurbishment of jewelry and watches with Jeweler and Watchmaker
•Providing input on various process improvement initiatives
•Create and Retain Customer Base

Skills / Experience Requirements

•GIA Graduate Gemologist or Equivalent
•Must be Honest
•Close Knowledge with a branded market value of fine jewelry and watches
•Motivated, common sense, creativity, and flexibility are essential
•Able to grade mounted diamonds (color, clarity, and approximate carat weights)
•At least 5 years of hands-on experience
•Detailed oriented, organized and follows up on time
•Computer skills should include email and Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel)
•Ability to work comfortably and professionally in a dynamic and collaborative environment
•Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business and workgroup needs
•Good appearance
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
•Must be 18 years or older
•Authorized to work in the US

Compensation and Benefits

•Hourly + Bonuses
•Commissions on completed appraisals and sales
