We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our highl volume jewelry store. We are the primary jewlery store in our entire county and service a large customer base from Portland to Seattle. We are located in Longview, Washington a smaller community with a low cost of living and a community based smalll town feel. That said, our store sales volume is high at consistently $3million+ as we are the only privetly owned non-chain large scale jewelry store with in an hour any direction.

The ideal candidate for this position has experience working with precious metals, has a passion for fine jewelry, and benefits from advanced knowledge of gem evaluation and appraisal. Repair work such as sizing, setting, tipping and other general benchwork will be required. Custom work involving casting and further skills is also highly encouraged. The Jeweler will be responsible for creating rings, bracelets, necklaces and other jewelry pieces for our showcases, so being detail-oriented is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and create jewelry pieces.
  • Daily repair work
  • Make jewelry pieces correctly and on time.
  • Keep jewelry pieces safe and secure.
  • Meet deadlines on time.
  • Quality control of all showcase inventory

Pay: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour
