Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented jeweler to join our team. As a Jeweler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting them with their jewelry repair needs. This is a great opportunity for individuals have a passion for completing jewelry repairs on time with great work. Responsibilities: – Communicate effectively with clients to understand their repair needs and provide appropriate solutions – Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to clients – Assist clients with technology sales, including recommending products and services that best meet their requirements – Provide exceptional customer service by addressing appropriate jewelry repairs. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends – Familiarity with custom, CAD, sizing, stone setting, prong work etc. Previous experience in jewelry repair service is preferred – Strong communication skills, both verbal and written – Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately – Proficiency in using POS systems and other relevant technology – Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially if bilingual in Spanish – Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills We offer competitive pay rates and provide training to ensure your success in this role.
