Job Description
The Diamondaire is seeking a detail-oriented bench jeweler, who is experienced, eager to learn and evolve! This part-time position will be responsible for ring resizing, post, necklace assembly, Setting stones (Diamonds Specifically) and bringing raw castings to final polish. This position is flexible with the part time hours, but all work must be done in store.
Skills required:
•Gold/Platinum soldering
•Diamond and Gemstone settings. All shapes, All metals, All setting styles
•Ring resizing
•Sprue removal
•Cleaning and polishing castings
•Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced production environment
•Take part in the design process with CAD artist
•Timely
•Laser Experience is a Plus
•Efficient

Our Hours: Mon-Fri: 10am-7pm
Sat: 10am-5pm
Sun: Closed
We are a growing company that focuses on diamonds and custom design. We have a very loyal customer base that expects good quality. It’s overall a happy and fun environment that is evolving a little every day.
The bench jewelry position will be part-time. This can become a full-time position with health and retirement benefits if both parties are interested. Pay rate will range based on experience. We have all the tools you will need but you are free to use some of your own if you would like. We also provide solder and everything you’ll need to make a piece.
Ideally, we would like a jeweler who can bring a design from raw casting to sizing, stone setting, and polishing. Pay will be based on experience and skill set. We are looking for patience, enthusiasm, and the willingness to go the extra mile to learn a new skill.
