Jeweller /Bench Jeweller opportunities within our Leeds and Sheffield Design Service Centre’s.
Full time/Permanent
Here at Signet we’re always looking for new talent and we’re currently looking for experienced Jewellers to join our established and successful Jewellery Workshop’s in Leeds Briggate and Sheffield Meadowhall.
As a skilled Jeweller in the Repairs workshop your role may include, but not be limited to any of the following based on your skills and experience:
•Cleaning and Polishing
•Ring sizing (up and down)
•Half shanking rings (ladies & gents)
•Soldering
•Repairing hinges
•Plating
•Flat engraving
•Restringing pearl
•Channel setting & re-building ring channels
•Bezel setting
•Re-tipping / re-building claws and re-setting any replacement stones in claws
As a member of our Bench Jeweller team you may also undertake some bespoke design work for our customers, depending up on your experience level.
* You will be required to work 5 days in 7*
Please note that the interview process for this role will require a practical onsite bench test at our Birmingham Service Centre workshop.
