Vacancy for Bench Jeweler (Tampa, FL)

We are seeking an experienced bench jeweler with extensive knowledge of stone setting, sizing, polishing and jewelry repair to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for providing high-quality jewelry repair services to our clients in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities:

• Chain and clasp repair

• Re-tipping prongs

• Setting gems

• Creating gem mountings

• Performing channel and platinum rebuilds

• Performing ring repair and other jewelry repairs

• Wax carving

• Fabrication

• Casting

• Custom design and creation of pieces

Qualifications:

• High school degree or higher

• Minimum 3 years Bench Jeweler experience in skilled repairs, working with fine metals

• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level

• Excellent organizational skills & detail orientation

• Customer service minded individual with a high standard for quality work

• Basic computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
