Duties & Responsibilities
Contribute to the progress of customers repairs, with an acceptable amount of turnaround time
Ensure that gold stock and loose stones are properly maintained and accounted for
Properly storing all inventory
Adhere to all safety-related procedures to reduce risk of accidents
Assist in training store associates concerning repair policies and procedures
Skills & Requirements
Experienced in creating and repairing fine jewelry, high-end watches, gold and other precious metals
Communication skills
Trustworthy, independent, and enthusiastic
Positive attitude and professional personality
Energetic and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail
