Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Jeweler seeking growth to join our team dynamic team in a locally owned jewelry store. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with both bench tools and a laser welder to efficiently repair/resize, and build jewelry. This role requires attention to detail, a demand for quality, and the desire to be a part of a team that respects everyone’s input and expects everyone share ideas to greater the business and our team.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and fabricate jewelry pieces according to design specifications.
- Repair broken jewelry in an efficient manner while maintaining quality and safety.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
- Appraise and purchase estate jewelry and gold/silver.
- Create appraisals for customers.
- Troubleshoot any mechanical issues with tools or equipment as needed.
- Share knowledge with the sales staff to create the best buying experience possible for our client base.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Jeweler or equivalent education.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- A positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
