Job Role:
Every workshop process would ask of your participation, be it analyzing watches for future servicing costs or preparing & securing appropriate required parts over to ensuring bench time is appropriately scheduled. Caring for all entrusted equipment and tools is likewise a constant responsibility.

All repairs that you undertake across a wide range of high-end watches need to be simultaneously in step with best after- sales protocols stipulated by each watch manufacture. Working closely with your workshop lead you will often crossover and be involved with other required tasks which will broaden your recognized capabilities still further.

Encouragement for you to fulfil your potential will be ever accessible and regular performance reviews will empower you to plot meaningful future career progress.

Requirements:

•Similarly, to your workshop peers you’ll be good communicator – super organized and be adept with all necessary admin.

•You should have acquired a qualification or degree in Watchmaking and have a firm ‘quality over quantity ‘attitude.

•As with all bench appointments you must be able to work at pace achieving deadlines pre-determined and on occasion have the flexibility to juggle workloads when required.

•Any additional experience such as working on vintage watches or having already gathered in a manufacturer watchmaker accreditation would be great.

•It may be that you have some further core skills that can empower you to restore timepieces utilising a lathe or other specialist tools.

•There are occasions when workshop visitors are permitted occasional access and on such events your default position would be welcoming & approachable.
