Role Description
Vookum is hiring a dedicated watch polisher to join our Manhattan team. This is a hands-on, on-site role focused entirely on restoring the finish of luxury watch cases and bracelets. It’s precise, careful work for someone who takes real pride in bringing a timepiece back to its best.
What you’ll do
•Polish and refinish luxury watch cases and bracelets to a high standard
•Restore brushed and polished surfaces while preserving case lines and geometry
•Remove scratches and wear without compromising the integrity of the piece
•Inspect finished work closely for quality and consistency
•Work closely with the team to maintain quality and turnaround standards
What we’re looking for
•2–3 years of professional polishing experience with luxury watches
•Hands-on experience with major brands preferred (Omega, Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, and similar)
•Casing and decasing experience is a plus
•A strong eye for finish quality and detail
•Familiarity with polishing tools and proper handling of high-value pieces
•Reliability, discretion, and a commitment to craftsmanship
