Watchmaker Genomics is inviting applications for the full-time position of Production Support Technician, Molecular Biology Reagents Manufacturing. This position reports to the Production Manager and will support general laboratory activities, logistics, product fulfillment and enzyme manufacturing.

Responsibilities
•Support a state of the art manufacturing operation
•Perform product fulfillment including cleanroom vialing, kitting, packaging and shipping
•Provide general laboratory support
Prepare stock solutions and buffers
Inventory management
Clean and maintain labware
•Identify opportunities for internal process improvement and best practices
•Support and contribute to team culture
Skills and Requirements
Ideally (but not required), the candidate should have a BS in biology or related field with at least two years of relevant experience. Experience in the following areas is considered highly desirable: general lab management, buffer production, inventory management, product fulfillment and/or logistics.

•Ability to quickly learn and execute on basic laboratory techniques
•Excellent organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail
•The ability to multitask, perform consistently under pressure and work without supervision
•Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work as an effective member of a team
•Good communication and personal task management skills and a high level of self-motivation
•Ability to work on their feet and lift up to 50 lbs
Education
•Ideally (but not required) BS in biology or related life science discipline and at least two years of relevant experience
