We’re seeking a Workshop Technician to support a leading watchmaking company. This on-site role is based at our client’s facility, requiring a physical presence to perform specialized tasks. The position involves ensuring quality, maintaining tools, and troubleshooting watch movements. It offers an opportunity to work with premium products in a precision-focused environment.
This role is classified as Full Time.

16 weeks of training
Day shift 8-5pm ET

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and prepare tools, equipment, and measuring devices to ensure operational standards.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures consistently.
- Inspect and troubleshoot watch movements, identifying issues and executing adjustments.
- Assemble, disassemble, and service watch components with attention to detail.
- Record job details accurately and verify compliance with work orders and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior experience necessary; relevant skills can be gained on the job.
- Knowledge of watch service procedures and tools is preferred.
- Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination are essential.
- Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
