Our client is an iconic, global watch brand who are presently looking for an experienced Customer Service Watchmaker to join their team in Central London. It is important for the successful person to have passion for their industry, significant attention to detail and be a practical individual, self-motived with the ability to work both individually and within a team.
The role will be responsible for the service and repair of watches, respecting the repair quality levels recommended within the organisation in order to support the sales team to ensure the best possible, and highest quality service to its customers.
•Service and repair of watches
•Ensure repairs follow business procedures
•Ensure quality control in line with company procedure
•Conduct administrative duties related to role
•High level of communication across all impacted parties throughout team
•Organise workflow in line with KPI’s
•Educated to GCSE level
•Have WOSTEP/BHI certification
•Have time served as an apprentice
•Have a high attention to detail, be well organised, self-motived and be able to prioritise
•Have good communication skills with both internal and external clients
•Have a positive attitude
