The video site says to round down, but the fractional inch to metric conversion on this site has 11/16″ = to 18mm. 11/16″ is 17.4625mm. Shouldn’t that round down to 17mm? Measuring the lugs with metric calipers, I get 17.4mm. I can’t figure out if I need a 17mm or 18mm band. Please help.

It would better to round down to make sure the pin/band fits between the lugs. If you are between sizes, it would be better to start on the smaller size.
