Could you please recommend a buffing/polishing compound that I could use to buff up and or clean my briar smoking pipes? Also, what would be a good compound for buffing jewelry? Do you sell any of these products? I should say that I do have a block of green buffing compound that is made for stropping knives. Would that be adequate for my briar pipes and jewelry do you think? Thanks for your response!

Here are some articles on polishing compounds that might help you with your jewelry questions. Unfortunately I do not know what you would use for smoking pipes and don’t want to suggest something that would possibly damage them.

    Hi,
I need to buy a replacement set of hands for my Ogival 39 jewel automatic. I am not able to specify which model/style I want because I cannot see anywhere that there is an image that is associated with the name of the style in the watch hand charts. I guess it is obvious to you and to watchmakers in general, but for an amateur like myself, it is a mystery. Please tell where to find a chart that provides a graphic illustration and name of each style.

Here is an article with an included watch hand chart with images that might be helpful to you. https://blog.esslinger.com/watch-hands-pairs-chart/

Otherwise you can use our watch parts inquiry form found here: https://www.esslinger.com/watch-parts-inquiry/

Someone in the parts department will research your watch with the given information and get back to you as soon as they can with a price and availability of the parts you are looking for and answer any questions you may have.

Hi, Please, could you recommend me a hand model and a case structure for a 2025 movement? Regards!
