We are looking for an In-House Jeweler to work with our team! M. B. Rich Jewelry has been an established thriving business since 1985. We are a small, family-owned and operated jewelry store in the subtropics of Lake Charles, Louisiana. We are looking for a full time Bench Jeweler to work and interact closely with team members and be the center of the custom and repair side of our growing business!
Responsibilities:
•Sizing rings up/down
•Stone setting, heads and sets, soldering
•Perform quality control checks
•Utilize various liquid solutions for cleaning/rhodium plating metals and stones
•Rebuild channels and prongs, re-tipping prongs
•Chain, clasp, ring and jewelry repair
•Cleaning and polishing
•Keeping a clean work environment
•Additional responsibilities as assigned
Job Type:
Full time
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9 – 5, Weekends off
