Founded in 2009, Xupes has built up a reputation as a reliable, efficient and friendly online retailer offering far more than just an online boutique. The business is growing quickly, becoming more diverse, and will soon become one of the worlds leading online luxury retail platforms.

The role as a Watchmaker is a unique opportunity to work in a state of the art workshop under the Xupes group adding value to their existing business but also operating independently to offer repair, servicing, and polishing services to new and returning clientele.

Working with state of the art equipment the business already holds accreditations with SWATCH and RICHEMONT Groups. You will have the opportunity to further your training when we introduce new accreditations and maintain our existing affiliations.

The Watchmaking and Polishing department will echo Xupes principles and exacting working standards, working to offer services to customers and the trade matching the quality of the manufacturers. The long term view will be to establish the company as an authorised service centre for chosen brands and grow to become a leader within this industry here in the UK.

You will be required to work under pressure, working towards time deadlines and to set up the supply chains and control of parts; this does mean juggling workload to cope with last minute servicing and polishing needs.

Should you have existing accreditations with Breitling, Rolex, Jaeger-le-Coultre, Tag Heuer, or indeed any other brand that we specialise in this will be of additional benefit.
