Online Sophistication.

Xupes is an online shopping destination for luxury watches, jewellery, handbags, accessories and antiques and art. Founded in 2009 we have built up a considerable reputation as a reliable, efficient and friendly online retailer offering more than just an online boutique. Our business has been built on the key principles of honesty, integrity, and the highest levels of customer service. The business is growing very quickly, becoming more diverse, and we will soon be one of the worlds leading online luxury retail platforms. We are very proud to have a highly creative and ambitious team. We are looking for someone with similar qualities who can think big and grow their future with us. As a rapidly growing business job progression is a real opportunity as our team expands. We also offer lots of perks to help keep you happy and motivated.

This role as a Watchmaker is a unique opportunity to work in a state of the art workshop under the Xupes group adding value to our existing business but also operating independently to offer repair, servicing and polishing services to new and old customers. Not only does this represent a tremendous opportunity to help establish a new business with the backing and support of Xupes; you will also have the chance to work with a variety of brands from our head office at Wickham Hall, Bishops Stortford. You will have brand new state of the art equipment that will be specified and installed as part of the set-up – a process you will be jointly involved in seeing through. We already have Omega accreditations and will shortly have Cartier and other potential Richemont brands. You will have the opportunity to further your training in introducing new accreditations and maintain our existing affiliations.

The Watchmaking & Polishing department will echo Xupes principles and exacting standards working to offer services to customers and the trade matching the quality of the manufacturers. The long-term view will be to establish the company as an authorized service center for chosen brands and grow to become a leader within this industry in the UK.

You will be required to work under pressure working towards time deadlines and to set up the supply chains and control of parts. This will mean juggling workload to cope with last minute servicing & polishing needs.

Should you have existing accreditations in Breitling, Rolex, Jaeger le Coultre, Tag Heuer or any of the other brands we specialize in this will be of additional benefit.
