Wanted to join our team in Head Office Preston, The WATCH Lab is recruiting experience full-time watchmakers to join their elite team. The successful candidates will work along-side existing watchmakers with 125 years of combined knowledge, plus some excellent Technicians. Salary and benefits are first-rate and dependent upon experience. Working conditions are second to none. ‘The Clinic’ is modern, bespoke and has achieved Level 3 Swatch Group Accreditation. The company uniquely understands what watchmakers need, the frustrations we all go through and the level of respect that is deserved, yet all too often not recognised by most employers.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Service & overhaul, part-repairs, movement exchange & some valeting
- Working on mechanical, automatic and quartz watches
- The use of tools & equipment (provided) and systems in ‘The Clinic’ Workshop
- Use of the in-house EPOS system
- Ordering of parts & materials
- Some communications with Branches, suppliers and Directors, working on your own initiative and also as a team within Workshop
