Reporting to our Customer Service Department, you will participate in the complete overhaul of all after-sales products of the Grande Maison.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform the complete service of our recent watches (quartz, manual and automatic, with complications, tourbillon, perpetual calendar).

Completely disassemble the movement, clean it, reassemble it, lubricate it and adjust it.

Adjust of the escapement, balance spring and other elements.

Dial and hands setting followed by encasing.

Carry out the various controls of movement rate, aesthetics and tightness in order to guarantee the quality of the intervention.

Maintain your workspace and tools in an perfect order.

Actively collaborate with other members of the team.

Participate in the various continuous improvement approaches.

PROFILE

You benefit of a watchmaking CFC or equivalent

You benefit from 3 to 5 years of experience in a watchmaking sector

You have worked in a customer service environment

You are customer-oriented and provide solutions

You are passionate about watchmaking, a knowledge or affinity with vintage would be a plus

You show great motivation, flexibility and availability.

Your fluency in English is an asset.
