Our company has been in the jewelry and watch industry for over 24 years. As we continue to grow our operations we have immediate openings for Watch Coordinators. We are looking for candidates that work well in a fast-paced environment and possess a high attention to detail. This position works within our watch department and is responsible for sourcing parts and estimating repairs. Ideal candidates will have general knowledge of watch brands and basic watch anatomy.
Requirements:
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Basic computer skills, experience with excel and e-mail.
•Ability to effectively multi task with minimal error.
•Experience in data entry or customer service (preferably both).
•Ability to follow and maintain SOPs and other organizational standards.
•Photocopying, filing, faxing and other general office tasks.
•Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong time management skills.
