Citizen Watches Australia, a major supplier of quality timepieces to the Jewellery industry and a leader in the field of watch design and technology is seeking a technically sound, experienced watchmaker/ repairer (Horologist) to join our Head Office team located in Frenchs Forest, Northern Beaches Sydney.

We would also consider applicants who have a passion for watches and whom would be willing to be employed as a Trainee.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this is an opportunity to be an integral member of the customer service team.

Key responsibilities include:

•Assessment of time pieces;
•Disassembly, repair and re-assembly of timepieces;
•Generating quotations for non-warranty repairs;
•Work closely with the Customer Service and Spare Parts Departments; and
•Ensure customer satisfaction.

To be considered for this role as a qualified Full time Watch Technician, you must have:

•A minimum of 3-5 years watch repair experience;
•A “can do” attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction;
•The ability to work autonomously and be a multi tasker; and
•Excellent time management and communication skills.

To be considered for this role as a Trainee Watch Technician, you must have:

•A passion for watches;
•A steady hand;
•Good dexterity with fine tools; and
•A willingness to learn and follow direction
