North American institute of swiss watchmaking doesn’t have the 2 year program anymore. And the Oklahoma school is shut down too. The industry is stopping the support of training watchmakers in favor of a short 3 month technician program. The 2 year program is too expensive to them and doesn’t fill benches fast enough.

Did you end up attending the school? If so, I’m interested to hear about your experience.
