The ideal candidate will:
– Oversee several stores by evaluating sales potential, formulating plans to increase performance, and monitoring the results
– Ensure proper staffing of each store
– Develop strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals
– Monitor inventory levels
– Review stores for compliance with corporate accounting procedures
Job Requirements :
At least five years experience in a retail sales and service environment, and at least three to five years of experience in a District or Regional management role. Accomplishment with reaching sales goals, staff development and proven communication skills are essential for this position. Travel required. Jewelry experience is a plus!
