Wove is looking for a Master Goldsmith to join our team in Lancaster, PA.

What are we looking for?
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced bench jeweler to join our talented team. Our
team is dedicated to delivering excellence from the time a customer meets with one of our
designers to the moment our customer receives their ring. You will be responsible for building
quality jewelry products that our clients will enjoy. We are looking for bench jewelers with 5+
years of experience that are driven and detail oriented.

Our team has a broad range of experience, including founding technology companies, founding
jewelry companies, jewelry design, digital marketing, manufacturing, sales, and operations. We
bring a diverse set of skills to the table, but share a common passion for reinventing the stressful
and outdated process of buying an engagement ring.
Wove is a Direct to Consumer, 21st Century Jewelry company offering a collaborative
commerce experience that pairs consumers with our world-class jewelry consultants. We educate
and guide couples on the creation of a one-of-a-kind engagement ring and wedding bands on a
remote consultation, and then build them an exact replica to try on at home in just 1 week. We
empower couples with our collaborative platform to make design adjustments for their final ring
build.
We then build and deliver the couple their final ring, built by our team of master goldsmiths. The
couple gets to keep their replica as an Adventure Ring for travel, which they love! The process
gives tribute to a couple’s ability to co-create the life they choose. Their rings will be the first of
many collaborations a Wove couple will author in the life they build together.
What is the job role?
Your primary focus will be creating beautiful jewelry that meets our high standards of excellence
and in a timely manner.

– Diamond & Gemstone Setting: 5 years (Required)
