Leo Hamel Fine Jewelers, is a successful, upscale jewelry store serving San Diego County for 35 years. We are currently seeking a talented Master Jeweler with at least ten years of experience.

The candidate must be knowledgeable in repair and restoration of new and vintage pieces. The candidate must be proficient in metal-smithing (primarily gold, platinum, palladium and silver), laser welding, setting diamonds and colored stones in pave, bezel, channel, prong, etc, antique/vintage jewelry refurbishment and custom assembly.

The candidate must pass a bench test and background check with interview.

NOTE: If you do not have a very high comfort level and experience working with gold and platinum, laser welding, setting, sizing and refurbishing new and antique jewelry, please do not apply. We do no use CAD to design custom jewelry.
