About the Role:
Our Bench Jewelers are responsible for providing an exceptional luxury product experience for every within our busy production studio right in the heart of our first location in the Mission. Your responsibilities include fabrication, repair, pre-production &post-production, tool and studio maintenance & organization, liaising with the Studio Manager, Production Assistants & Sales Team to help build excellent & well-timed experiences and lasting relationships with some of the best clients in the world. Our Bench Jewelers operate in fast-paced environments and are the engines which drive the company’s successes, so you’ll have the opportunity to have a clear impact on our growth while developing your skills. There is enormous opportunity for career expansion in this position & at our store, both vertically & horizontally.
•Manage, maintain, and improve studio flow.
•Seek ways to improve production timing.
•Utilize technical strategies & problem-solving techniques.
•Utilize studio machines (laser welder, torches, polishing, etc.) effectively.
•Demonstrate responsibility & accountability for individual & team goals.
