Rio Grande, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is looking for that go-to person in support of our customers as well as our own manufacturing operation. If you know a lot about jewelry manufacturing processes, especially casting, and you love working with customers to overcome problems and share your knowledge, we have just the playground for you.
In addition to troubleshooting, you will also be the point person for identifying and documenting best practices in our factory and helping create materials (print and video) to help our customers develop their own best practices around jewelry manufacturing processes.
You will also participate in new product evaluation and be an integral member of our internal product development team, planning the next generation of Neutec casting machines.
