Job Role:
This opening has the potential to be a wonderful springboard for a future evolving career in watchmaking. This challenge will see your technical skills gradually grow to such a point you become integral to the efficient running of this expanded aftersales service facility.
Over time you will contribute evermore to your colleagues tasked bench challenges – be it offering support on watch repair, servicing or polishing tasks that are daily set. There is great potential to develop your skills ever onward. This will be tutored & directed in house and if appropriate with further encouragement & training overseen by certain brand principles / industry recognized trainers.
Requirements:
•Ideally you should already have acquired some previous technician experience.
•It might be that you are already broadly familiar with the intricacies of watches and this market has already ignited your future career /work passion.
•You do need to be self-starter – able to work independently but enjoy contributing to the success of a wider team.
•Methodical in your work approach you are keen to listen & learn and have confidence to pitch relevant questions when assistance might be required.
