To be considered you will have to be a well-qualified Watchmaker with best of industry credentials, be they WOSTEP or BHI and as importantly perhaps Watch Manufacturer trained & accredited.
A common thread across all locations is these retailers’ keenness for their Watchmakers to be engaging and customer empathetic when occasion arises where advice and guidance from the expert is often that welcome finishing touch to seal a prospective sale or a required after-sales & service sign off.
Without doubt these appointments for many are rightly seen as the best possible sector placement, working predominantly with the World’s most successful Luxury Timepiece marque. These businesses are committed to replicate the exact brand standards and set the opportunity to become an integral part of a customer’s watch wearing experience journey.
The hope would be that there was already acknowledged and signed off experience of working with the ROLEX brand. Alternatively, if this formal brand sign off isn’t yet in place you must be able to demonstrate fantastic bench work skills & talents that might well pass further external bench test critique of being at the level to further undertake training and long-term investment to over time become the finished fully brand approved Watchmaker across as wider production span as is Geneva manufactured.
All would benefit from surrounding administration support, so good I.T skills and an appreciation of system accuracy is of course second nature to you.
