Job Description

The Customer Care Technician will possess strong communication, organizational, and computer skills. As a member of the Watch Repair Department, the Customer Care Technician will work closely with the Watchmaker and Watch Technician to provide clients with an exceptional customer service experience. After receiving technical and product training, the Customer Care Technician will perform basic watch repairs to include battery replacement and bracelet sizing. In addition to performing basic repairs, the Customer Care Technician will interact with clients and provide administrative support for the department.

Responsibilities

Enter repair estimates in the repair system

Provide repair estimates to clients via email or phone

Prepare watches to be shipped to manufacturer’s service centers

Coordinate watch repair transfers between locations

Provide technical assistance to sales staff

Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory

Process trade offers for watches

Perform battery replacement and bracelet sizing

Maintain department records
