At the Arbor Place Mall location in Douglasville, GA (metro Atlanta) we are currently seeking an experienced bench jeweler.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
Experience in stone setting (all types), ring sizing, jewelry repair, soldering, prong re-tipping, assembly, and polishing
Experience in all metals, including gold, platinum and silver
Advanced knowledge of jeweler’s tools, machinery and equipment including laser welder and engraver
A good decision maker with strong problem-solving skills
Must be detail oriented
Strong communication and computer skills
Ability to change watch batteries, adjust watchbands and change watch crystals a plus
A team player, working together to sell jewelry repairs and overcome customers’ objections to close sale.
3 years experience in bench jewelry repair required. Must be able to work a combination of days, nights and weekends.
