As the Watches Specialist, you will oversee the facilitation of all watches within the Fine Jewelry and Watch department (FJW) to optimize product quotas by performing the following duties:
+ Execute all aspects of the authentication and pricing process by accurately identifying attributes of the watch
+ Set list prices for all watch brands with direction and final approval from the Horology Team
+ Research fair market value and market demand of watches
+ Adhere to first in, first out methodology to ensure all consignments are prioritized and product flows according to plan
+ Comfort researching market pricing
+ Familiarity with the current secondary market for watches
+ Familiarity with both vintage and modern timepieces
+ Evaluate and price a minimum of 50 pieces per day
+ Communicate directly with Watchmakers, FJW Copywriters and Photographers, keeping them informed on any complications, confusion points, requests, etc.

Education and/or Experience:
+ Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, FHH certification accepted; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Ability to read, interpret and use watch specific terminology.
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
+ Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
