Job Opening for Watchmaker (Manhasset, NY)

Responsibilities:

• Serves as primary liaison between customers, sales associates and repair team.
• Processes customer jewelry and watch repairs; works with vendors regarding repair issues.
• Communicates instructions for servicing and enters information into the POS system; evaluates items condition and clearly identifies necessary repairs.
• Maintains organized inventory repair reports and reviews repair tickets for correct invoicing.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Strong customer service and computer skills.
• Knowledge of watches and basic jewelry metals, gemstones, etc.
