Watch Technician/Customer Service Representative
Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs is the world’s largest Jewelry and Watch Repair franchise. We specialize in “while you watch” jewelry repairs, customer designs, engraving, eyeglass repair, and smartphone repair. We service all makes and models of watches.
We are seeking a watch repair technician with at least one year of experience to join our team.
Expectations:
To provide in house services such as: watch batteries, changing crystals, watch band sizing, and assisting Watch Maker and Jeweler in overhauls, restorations, and refurbishing on brands from Timex to Rolex.
Promptly welcoming customer
Identify their needs and fully explain products and services to customer in a professional and thorough manner
Requirements:
Availability during mall hours including Weekends and Holidays
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks at once
Previous experience in retail jewelry and watch sales
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Customer service skills and the ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks at once
Ability to build rapport with customers
