The Role

Our Customer Service centre based in Southampton provides a full servicing operation to brands produced by the Swatch Group.

Here at Swatch Group (UK), we are looking to recruit committed polishers, to provide the last step of servicing to our committed customer base. We look for metal polishers that have a serious eye for detail and quality, alongside the commitment to learning new skills and ultimately, play a pivotal part in our customers experience with the Swatch Group

At Swatch Group (UK) Limited, employee training, development and progression is of paramount importance to us. Job Description of Metal Polisher:

•Carry out required polishing for all watches allocated to you, across a variety of brands, in accordance with the specific standards

•Ensure that the correct techniques and tools are used to complete polishing

•Clearly communicate any queries to your supervisor where required

•To organise and manage your allocations to ensure watches are polished within required SLA’s

•Keep clear communication open between yourself, supervisor and colleagues of any potential delays in the workflow.

Profile

•Experience in polishing metal components, ideally jewellery and/or watches
•Impeccable attention to detail and ability to clearly follow and where needed, switch between detailed instructions
•Experience of working towards set targets within a service driven industry.
•A self-motivated individual who is able to maintain high standards of quality
•A strong interest in continuing and/or developing a long-term career with the Swatch Group
•5 GCSE at A-C including Maths and English (or equivalent)
