Our client is a multinational, world leading organisation active in the manufacture and sale of finished watches, jewellery, watch movements and components. They strive for excellence in all customer interaction from the moment a customer starts their journey at a boutique or online, to maintaining these sentimental pieces over time.
Their Customer Service centre based in Southampton provides a full servicing operation to all watch brands and presently they are looking for a committed and passionate Watch maker to join their team.
•Carry out required servicing on watches allocated to you, in accordance with the brand specific standards
•Ensure the technical functioning of the product prior to passing to Quality Control
•Clearly communicate all queries to your Supervisor and/or Technical Manager when required.
•To organise and manage your allocations, ensuring watches are serviced within required SLA’s
•Be prepared to undertake brand specific training and continuous professional development opportunities in order to increase knowledge.
Skills and Experience
•WOSTEP/BHI certification, or equivalent
•Relevant accreditation/s and specific training from a luxury watch brand/s
•Impeccable attention to detail and ability to clearly follow and where needed, switch between detailed instructions
•Experience of working towards set targets
•A self-motivated individual who is able to deliver high standards of quality, in line with Brand standards
