Rolex, Omega, Breitling or Cartier accreditations are favourable as are WOSTEP and BHI.

We hold repair contracts for some of the watch and jewellery industry’s largest PLC’s and due to increasing supply, we are seeking Polishers, Technicians and Watchmakers to join our team.

Young Watchmaker

Responsibilities:

  • Servicing a wide range of high-end and vintage watches
  • Ensuring quality of the repairs are in line with the company standards
  • Working closely with workshop manager to maintain KPI’s and performance reviews
  • Assisting our junior technicians and workshop team
  • Interaction with clients and company / service events
  • Involved in all workshop processes & improvements to the workshop
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the equipment in the workshop
  • Responsible for the presentation and cleanliness of the workshop
  • Monitoring and supply control of all tools/parts for each brand
  • Analyzing watches to create cost estimates
  • Involved in cross-departmental tasks assisting the day-to-day running of the business.

Job requirements

  • Good organization & communication skills
  • 5 years of Watchmaking Experience
  • Preferred Qualification or Degree in Watchmaking
  • Ability assists and train other workshop employees
  • Ability to work independently as well as being a great team player
  • Experience of working in a watchmaking department

Salary: £42,000.00-£100,000.00 per year OTE

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
