Job Description The Workshop Manager will be responsible for managing the workshop department to include responsibilities such as product repair & maintenance as well as employee training and development.
Responsibilities For Watchmaker Workshop Manager:
- Responsible for ensuring company standards and service policies are met
- Managing workshop employees to guarantee effective work flow
- Scheduled reporting on workshop performance including quality, volume and cost
- Exceptional customer service
Requirements For Watchmaker Workshop Manager:
- Degree from a recognized school of watchmaking (WOSTEP preferred)
- 5+ experience managing a workshop
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
