I have an old Seiko aviator watch with 4 chronographs circa 1995. The E6B computer will not turn or is very hard to turn. I would like to take it apart and see if I can fix it. Seiko repair over in Mahwah said they couldn’t do it.

I have a citizen quartz ladies watch and can’t change the time, i.e. The winder just keeps turning but doesn’t move the fingers. How can I get it fixed

It sounds like maybe the stem is broken or at least no longer engaging with the mechanism to move the hands. You can try the contact us form: https://www.esslinger.com/contact-us/
or use our watch parts inquiry form found here: https://www.esslinger.com/watch-parts-inquiry/

Someone in the parts department will research your watch with the given information and get back to you as soon as they can with a price and availability of the parts you are looking for and answer any questions you may have.

    Hello Esslinger,
Can the movement of a Seiko SSB337P1 Cal8T67 be removed from the case without damaging what appears to be a thin circular plastic retaining ring?
    Thank you, Neville Beale
